The sad news reaches us that Ton has died in hospital. Sander and I go to the funeral (in The Hague). How surreal to meet people from Italy there and see images ‘in memoriam’ of Ton passing by on Pian del Nasso. We experienced Ton as a very sweet amiable man, many of his footprints are on Pian del Nasso. We will continue to remember him honourably.

Because Ton passed away, we now have to wait for the inheritance deed and the transfer date will still be pushed back to March....
