Arrangement

On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen-diner with a cozy round table (4-6 people). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 5-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, extractor hood and Nespresso coffee machine. Next to the kitchen there is a covered terrace where you can enjoy dining at the large outdoor table (4-6 persons) with luxurious adjustable chairs.

Through the kitchen you enter the large hall where the original part of the mill can still be admired (water wheel, grinding stones and antique gears). Here there is also a wardrobe, mirror and small seat. From the hall you enter the spacious bathroom with sink with mirror and hairdryer, toilet, bidet and shower. Next to the bathroom there is a service room with washing machine.

You reach the first floor via the stairs in the hall. Here is the living room with a loft overlooking the hall and the original mill part. On the other side of the living room, the French doors offer a view of the garden and also provide access to a second covered terrace. The living room has a comfortable seating area with sofas that can be converted into 1 - 3 sleeping places (pers. max 1.90 m long). Next to the living room is the spacious bedroom with a 2-person box spring (180 x 210) and large wardrobe. The French doors with French balcony offer a beautiful view over the garden and surrounding fields. The patio doors and the bedroom window are equipped with mosquito nets. The bedside lamps are equipped with a USB charger for the phone/iPad.

The Mulino is surrounded by a large landscaped garden with several seating areas, such as a picnic table, a large dining table with adjustable chairs and footstools and a large storage box with luxurious garden cushions. A private path to the heated swimming pool and on the adjacent lawn there are two comfortable wooden sun loungers with small side tables. The terraces are surrounded by a herb and lavender garden and there is an outdoor shower. Via a private path (75 m) you have access to the heated swimming pool (5-12 m). The Mulino has free WIFI. There is a charging station for electric cars on site. Pets allowed in consultation.
