Arrangement

The Cascina consists of a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. The bedroom has a comfortable 2-person box spring (180 x 210). The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, modern hanging toilet, large sink with mirror and hairdryer. The bedroom and bathroom are accessible for the disabled. The bedside lamps are equipped with a USB charger for the phone/iPad. The windows in the bedroom and bathroom are equipped with mosquito nets. The bedroom also has two patio doors that connect to the terrace and offer views over the fields of Pian del Nasso.

An external staircase takes you to the first floor where there is a living room with kitchen. The kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove, modern oven/microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a Lavazza coffee machine and a dining table for 4 - 6 people. The living room has a cozy seating area with a comfortable armchair and a sofa, which can be converted into an extra double bed. Through the hall you enter a spacious bathroom with two sinks, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine. Next to the bathroom there is a large bedroom with a luxurious 2-person box spring (180 x 210). The bedroom window has a mosquito net. The bedside lamps are equipped with a USB charger for the phone/iPad.

The terrace has various seating areas; such as a picnic table (4 persons), a large dining table and chairs (4/6 persons) and a round table (4 persons), sunbeds and a large parasol. The terrace is surrounded by wonderfully scented flower and herb borders and offers a view over the fields of Pian del Nasso. You have access to the heated swimming pool (5-12 m) via a private route. The Cascina has free WIFI. There is a charging station for electric cars on the estate. Pets are not allowed in the Cascina.
